To build true confidence through knowledge in the mind, honesty in the heart, and strength in the body.

My intentions and desires:

I intend to develop myself in a positive manner and avoid anything
that would reduce my mental growth or my physical health.

I intend to develop self-discipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others.

I intend to use what I learn in class constructively and defensively, to
help myself and my fellow man and never be abusive or offensive.

In summary, we study martial arts to discover certain attributes, such as:

We live martial arts not through fighting or aggression but to achieve peace and happiness.
